Apertura, meaning to open up, smoothly connects with the rest of the city. The district is designed to take advantage of the area’s unique qualities, such as its proximity to the river, and offers them generously and invitingly.
The structure of the buildings opens up and allows direct views of the river and good lighting conditions for each dwelling in the area.
Residents have close access to the city centre with activities and movement, but also to smaller peaceful spaces with close access to nature and water, in protection from the wind.
The apartments contain partly general spaces arranged in a line to offer flexibility. The dwellings’ spaciousness and views over the water give them an exclusive and unique feel.
